Bill and Lynn Balderson
Lynn is the program director at Dance Express. She is a 1979 graduate of Atlantic Christian College with a degree in Deaf Education. She brings 21 years experience of teaching with her to Dance Express. With her love of children and dance, she provides Wilmington with an award-winning Performing Arts Studio. Bill is a member of USA Gymnastics and has experience coaching competitive gymnastics. Bill as been teaching at Dance Express from the beginning in 1997. He instructs the Acrobatics program at Dance Express.

Danielle Poulos
Danielle trained in Long Island, New York and took classes regularly at BDC in NYC. She moved to Wilmington in 1993 and has taught locally since that time. Danielle taught the dance team at East Columbus High School (the Gator Girls), which was ranked Nationally for six years, receiving 3rd Nationally and 1st in North Carolina. She has also choreographed and directed numerous musicals. Danielle has her degree in Dance Education from ECU. She has been with Dance Express since 2000.

Cammi Jones
Cammi is a native of Wilmington and has been teaching clogging for 15 years. She has won several awards for choreography and has led many teams to victories including 4 Competition "Top Scores," and 2 Junior Olympic Gold Medals. She is also a member of the All-American Clogging Team.

Trey McCaskill
Trey has been competitively coaching and performing with the Dance Express Cloggers since 1997. In 2003, he was inducted to the All-American Clogging Team at the National Clogging Championships. He is a member of the North Carolina Clogging Association. Trey's had the privilege of teaching for the NCCA and other regional workshops. His clogging teams and dance productions have won numerous achievements and include the 2002 Starquest Odyssey Award (Most Entertaining Routine).

Amanda Dew
Amanda is a native from Wilmington, NC and has been competitively clogging for seventeen years. She has danced in clogging competitions up and down the East Coast. Amanda is also a member of the North Carolina Clogging Association. She has been teaching at Dance Express since 2002. Amanda graduated in summer of 2006 from Cape Fear Community College and is planning to attend UNCW to continue her education.

Tia Hazel
Tia Hazel is a 2004 Business Management graduate of UNC Wilmington. She has been training and competing in dance for the past 21 years, and has taught for six years. She has choreographed routines for dance competitions, pageants, productions, dance team, and Best Foot Forward. She was also a preliminary talent winner at the Miss North Carolina Scholarship Program. She brings with her experience a strong background and passion for tap, as well as a love of being on stage.

Morgan Butler
Morgan Butler is attending UNCW majoring in Early Childhood Education. She comes from Morehead City, North Carolina, where she was a dancer for fifteen years. She also assisted for two years before graduating from high school. She brings with her to Dance Express experience in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, and tumbling. She has a strong background in music from high school Color Guard, children's church musicals, amd community-sponsored theatre productions.

Su Sirianni
Su Sirianni, a native North Carolinian, studied ballet with Jean Harris and John Walker in her hometown of Wilson. She trained professionally at North Carolina School of the Arts and with Lee Harper and Anthony Ferro in Atlanta. She danced with Lee Harper and Dancers, a professional contemporary company. She worked for several years with Opera House Theatre Company. Su has taught dance here in Wilmington for 13 years.

Maggie Moore
Maggie Moore is originally from Roanoke, VA and has been dancing for 20 years. She earned her BFA in Dance from George Mason University in 2004. She has been a dance instructor for twelve years and has worked in Virginia, Florida, and Maine. While she specializes in contemporary, Maggie also enjoys and instructs ballet, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, and tap. Fairly new to Wilmington, she looks forward to continuing her teaching career at Dance Express.
